Delivery and period (delivery date and time specification)
Normally, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days after confirming your order.
*After confirming your order, we will contact you individually to inform you of the expected delivery date, parcel number, etc.
*Regarding specific time slots, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on traffic and weather conditions.
*Please note that you may not be able to specify a delivery date for Okinawa and remote islands. You can specify a delivery date. For orders placed by 4:00 p.m., delivery will be from the next day to less than 7 days later. You can specify any day from Monday to Sunday.
* We cannot accept delivery dates more than 7 days after the order date.
*For some products, it may not be possible to specify a delivery date and time.
Note: If you want to receive your item as soon as possible, please do not set a desired delivery date. You can specify the delivery time. You can choose from 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, or 8pm-9pm.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered
If you are not at home when the package is delivered, Yamato Transport will send you a "delivery slip" so please contact us and collect the package. Please note that if you have not received the package within one week after receiving the delivery slip, it will be returned to us.
