These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided on this EC site by ADONUST MUSEUM (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). Registered members (hereinafter referred to as "members") must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Registration will be completed when the person wishing to register applies for registration in a manner specified by our company and our company approves the application.
If the Company determines that an applicant for user registration falls under any of the following items, the Company may not approve the application for user registration and shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons therefor.

(2) If the application is from someone who has violated these Terms of Use

Article 3 (Management of Member ID and Password)
Members shall manage their member ID and password for this service at their own responsibility.
Members may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their member ID and password to a third party. If a member ID and password combination matches the registered information and is used to log in, the Company will consider that the member who registered the member ID is using the member himself/herself.
Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
In consideration of the use of this service, Members shall pay the usage fees separately determined by our company and displayed on this website, by the method designated by our company.
Article 5 (Prohibitions)
When using the Service, Members are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
(1) Any act that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
(2) Acts related to criminal activities
(3) Any act that may destroy or interfere with the functioning of our servers or networks. (4) Any act that may interfere with the operation of our services.
(5) Collecting or storing personal information about other members
(6) Impersonating another member
(7) Any act of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services.
(8) Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)
If the Company determines that any of the following circumstances exist, the Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Members.
(1) When carrying out maintenance, inspection or updates of the computer system related to the Service
(2) When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.
(3) When a computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident.
(4) Any other case in which the Company determines it is difficult to provide the Service.
We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by members or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service, regardless of the reason.
Article 7 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)
In the following cases, we may restrict a Member's use of all or part of the Service or cancel the Member's registration without prior notice.
(1) If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
(2) If it is discovered that any of the registered information is false
(3) Any other reason that the Company determines is inappropriate for you to use the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a Member as a result of any actions taken by the Company pursuant to this Article.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall be exempt from liability for default on obligations if such default is not due to the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence. The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between a Member and another Member or a third party in relation to the Service.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Members may not transfer or use as security their status under the Service Agreement or their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
