RETURN POLICY
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or is defective, we will exchange or return the product. Please feel free to contact us. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
Returns and exchanges will be limited to unused items that have only been tried on (items that do not smell of tobacco, perfume, etc.).
Generally, we do not accept returns on sale items, but if the item is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Refunds on returns
We will refund the product price as soon as we receive the returned item.
Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be made via bank transfer.
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the card after receiving the returned item.
If the card payment cannot be cancelled, we will refund the payment at a later date.
